SomGames — Privacy Policy

What we collect. Account details you provide (name, business name, country, phone, email), the operational records your business enters (branches, stations, sessions, sales, staff accounts, payments recorded), and basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it. Only to operate the service: authentication, running your venue's billing and reports, subscription management, support, and service notifications (such as registration status and, if enabled, daily reports). We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Who can see it. Your data is isolated per business. Your staff see only what their role allows. Our administrators can see account, subscription and aggregate usage information to operate billing and support; they do not need your day-to-day records for that.

Storage & security. Data is stored on our servers with access controls, HTTPS encryption in transit, and role-based permissions inside the application.

Retention & deletion. Data is kept while your account exists, including during suspension. Permanent account deletion destroys all business data irreversibly. You may request an export or deletion of your account data at any time via your provider contact.
