1. The Service. SomGames is a subscription software service ("SaaS") for managing game venues — pool tables, PlayStation stations, seating and cafeteria sales — including live monitoring, billing, staff and reporting tools. The service is provided by SomGames / SomSaaS ("we", "us"). By creating an account you ("the Customer", the business owner) agree to these terms.
2. Registration & approval. Accounts are created through public registration and activated only after review and approval by our administrators. We may decline any registration at our discretion. You must provide accurate business information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity by your staff accounts.
3. Subscription & payment. Access is sold as a subscription: for businesses in Ethiopia, 6,000 ETB per month or 70,000 ETB per year; for businesses elsewhere, 29 USD per month or 290 USD per year. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal. Payment is due before each period. A paid period runs from activation/renewal until its end date shown in your account.
4. Suspension & termination. If a subscription is not renewed, access is suspended automatically after a 3-day grace period past the paid-through date. We may also suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, unlawful use, abuse of the service, or breach of these terms — with the reason shown in your account. Suspension blocks access but preserves your data; access is restored immediately upon renewal. You may stop using the service at any time; fees already paid are not refunded.
5. Your data. Business records you enter (stations, sessions, sales, staff, reports) belong to you. We store and process them solely to operate the service. While an account is suspended, data is retained. If an account is permanently deleted — at your request or after prolonged abandonment — all its data is destroyed and cannot be recovered. You can request an export of your data before deletion.
6. Acceptable use. You may not use the service for unlawful activity, attempt to breach its security, access other customers' data, resell access without written agreement, or overload the platform. Each subscription covers one business and its branches.
7. Availability & support. We aim to keep the service available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance and faults may cause downtime. The service is provided "as is"; we will make reasonable efforts to fix reported problems promptly.
8. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three (3) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data caused by your own actions, or business interruption.
9. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms; material changes will be shown in the application or sent to your contact details. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably; failing that, they are subject to the competent courts of Addis Ababa.
