SomGames Service Agreement

Last updated: July 2026

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between SomGames ("Provider", "we") and the business registering an account ("Customer", "you"). By creating an account you accept this Agreement together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

SomGames is a subscription software service for managing pool and PlayStation game venues: station monitoring, game and hourly billing, cafeteria sales, staff management, and income reporting. The service is provided online at games.somsaas.com. We may improve or modify features at any time.

2. Subscription & fees

Access is billed as selected at registration: Ethiopia — 6,000 ETB per month or 70,000 ETB per year; other countries — USD 29 per month or USD 290 per year. Fees are payable in advance for each billing period. Prices may change for future periods with at least 30 days' notice.

3. Payment, grace & suspension

If a subscription is not renewed by its end date, access continues for a 3-day grace period, after which the account is automatically suspended. Suspension blocks access but does not delete data; access is restored immediately upon renewal. We may also suspend accounts for breach of this Agreement, unlawful use, or non-payment.

4. Your data

Business records you enter (sessions, sales, payments, staff) belong to you. We store them securely, use them only to operate the service, and do not sell them. Upon written request after account closure we will delete your data permanently. Backups may persist for up to 30 days.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered, for keeping login credentials confidential, for the actions of staff accounts you create, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including tax obligations.

6. Availability & support

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be scheduled where possible outside peak hours. Support is provided via the contact channels shared at onboarding.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider's total liability for any claim arising from this Agreement is limited to the fees paid by the Customer in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or data entered incorrectly by the Customer's staff.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable. We may terminate accounts that remain suspended for non-payment for more than 90 days, after which data may be permanently deleted following notice.

9. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Disputes shall first be addressed in good-faith negotiation before any other remedy.
